The quickest and easiest way to book your appointment is to fill out the booking form below. You may call us if you’d like and we will simply ask you the questions on the booking form. If you have questions to ask before booking you can use the question form below and we will get back to you with any information you need by the same day close of business at the latest.
PLEASE READ: When you book your appointment we will send you a second email separate from the confirmation email with the estimated total cost of the requested service. We try to hold to the price we give you and that is why we ask specific questions on the booking form and ask that you give accurate information, however the price is subject to increase or decrease based on the vehicle condition when we arrive on location. You can text, email or attach pictures at the bottom of the booking form of the vehicle if you would like a more accurate estimate but it is not necessary to secure an appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your appointment, you have 24 hours before the designated appointment to do so online. If it is within 24 hours we ask that you text or email us that you would like to cancel, please tell us why you are canceling so we can better understand reasons for cancellation. We keep detailed records of all of our appointments and customer information including the vehicle and customer name, unfortunately if a customer cancels on us more than twice we will require a down payment for that specific client in the future.
PERSONAL ITEMS: We ask that you please remove large amounts of personal items from your vehicle before we arrive, a few items left in the vehicle is perfectly fine but some people do leave large amounts clothes or work items in their vehicles. A good rule of thumb is that if you can fit all the items in your vehicle on the drivers seat than it is fine to stay in the vehicle.
PAYMENT: No payment is required to book your appointment, we will make sure you are aware of the price before we start and we will collect payment at the end of the appointment. We accept cash, PayPal and debit/credit card.
