Additional Services
We offer a variety of add on services for a fee, none of these services are offered in any of our detailed package for the simple reason that not all vehicles require these services at all times. We strive to provide as many types of detailing services as we can to meet the needs of our customers and encourage you to read below and add on any of these services and not wait until your vehicle gets to out of shape. We will be adding more services in the near future so if you don’t see what your looking for, check back with us later.
Engine Detail ($50)
Engine detailing is exactly what it sounds like, we simple pop your hood and clean all of the engine components including under the hood and the surrounding areas. We do water to rinse the hood and the outer perimeter of the engine bay. We can assure you that we are careful to not over saturate the engine or any of the electrical components, generally speaking if a car is newer (early 2000’s+) it will not be affected if too much water is sprayed into the engine bay because most new cars have protective water tight caps over much of the engine components. However we are still careful and only lightly spray to remove the majority of the dirt and grime and then we use a cloth and detailing brushes to clean the sensitive areas, we then dry everything off and apply a protective dressing.
Headlight Restoration ($50)
Headlight restoration is used to bring that clear glass like appearance back to your headlights. When a vehicle comes from the manufacturer it has a clear coat that is almost like a film applied over the headlights, over time these films become cloudy and need to be restored. The process consists of us using a very fine sandpaper to remove the remaining film, we promise this process is safe and a standard practice for headlight restoration. We then apply a specific dressing made for headlights to bring out that glass like appearance. This is not something that needs to be done very often, once a year should suffice.
Black Trim Restoration ($50)
Black trim restoration is useful when your trim has become faded and dull over time from sun damage and other outside elements. We simply wash and dry the trim and then apply a specific dressing by using an applicator made for black trim to make the black look like new again.
Odor Removal ($75-$200)
Available as stand alone service at a minimum $125 fee (price subject to increase based on severity)
Price dependent on severity of odor and time to remove (if the odor is new it will be closer to low end, if the odor has been around for months or years it will be closer high end)
Odor removal can be done without detailing the interior but depending on what has caused the odor, an interior detail may be required first. To begin an odor removal we first start by performing an interior detail if necessary to remove any excess smell that may be lingering in the vehicle from stains or ash residue from smoke. We then place an ozone machine in the vehicle for 30-120 minutes depending on how bad the odor is, after the ozone machine has done it’s work we leave the car doors open to air everything out. Please be understanding that some odors are easier than others to remove, if you smoked a couple times in the car recently it will be easy to remove the smell, if however the vehicle has been smoked in consistently for years it will be much harder to remove all odor from the vehicle. Some odors are beyond our capabilities of removal, if we are unable to remove the odor we will communicate that to you beforehand.
Stain Removal ($25-$300)
Available as stand alone service at a minimum $150 fee (price subject to increase based on severity)
Price dependent on severity of stain (if the stain is small/easily removed, price is closer to low end, if the stain is from bodily fluids or larger/multiple areas, price will increase)
Stain removal is done by using anything from an all purpose cleaner to a diluted degreaser as well as dedicated carpet/upholstery cleaners to remove stains depending on the severity and location of the stain. We will attempt to remove any type of stains from bodily fluids to food & drinks. We do typically charge a higher rate for bodily fluids because of the risk of exposing ourselves to possible disease and we will have to discard any of the tools that we use to remove something of that nature such as towels, brushes and small tools.
