Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Will you need to hook up to my water and power?

Answer: Yes, we will need access to a water spigot and a power outlet, we do have our own hoses/hose adapters and extensions chords.

Question: Do you detail RV’s, boats or other types of vehicles?

Answer: We will be glad to detail any type of vehicle you have, just send us an email regarding this type of detail and we will be in contact. As of right now we don’t have designated pricing for anything other than cars because of all of the variables to RV’s, boats etc.

Question: Do I have to be present for the appointment?

Answer: You do not have to be present, however we will need access to the vehicle to detail the interior or open the hood for an exterior detail. If you are not going to be present than we ask that you leave the keys in a discrete location that we are made aware of and we will place them back in that same location after the detail is complete.

Question: How does payment work?

Answer: We will not ask for payment until after the detail is complete to ensure that you are satisfied with our work and we can fix anything on site before leaving. Payment may be accepted by card, paypal or cash.

Question: Do you offer discounts for maintenance clients?

Answer: Yes, if you would like to signup for a maintenance schedule just email us and let us know. Price will be dependent on frequency and size of the vehicle. See our maintenance page for more details.

Question: Are the products you use safe for people and pets?

Answer: Yes, all of our products are safe for people and pets. We use these products in our own vehicles and they are exposed to those closest to us, we never want to put anyone in harms way. Our products are not safe for ingestion but when used as directed they are as safe as any cleaning product can be.

Question: What if i need to reschedule or cancel?

Answer: No worries if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we understand that things come up. All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible so we don’t waste your time or ours by showing up for an appointment that is no longer needed, (you can easily cancel online). If you want to change the scheduled date just go through the booking process again after canceling.

Question: Do I have to call to make an appointment?

Answer: No, we know that in todays world everything is online and a lot of people would rather book the appointment themselves. We have an easy to follow form to book your appointment on our website.

Question: How often do I need a detail?

Answer: There is no set time of how often you should have your car detailed. Factors like how often you drive your vehicle, if its garage kept or not and the condition it is currently in will affect how often it should be detailed.

Question: Can’t I detail my car myself?

Answer: Yes, many people clean their own cars and take the time to keep them in good shape. However it does take a lot of time and effort, as professional detailers we have all of the necessary tools and knowledge to get your vehicle looking like new again and we have the experience to do it in a reasonable amount of time.

Question: How long will the detail take?

Answer: Some details take one hour depending on the condition and service requested and some take 7+ hours. We give a general timeline during the booking portion but until we arrive on site and see the vehicle we can’t be positive. Upon arrival we can give you a better idea of how long it will take.

Question: Will I know how much the service will be before you arrive on site?

Answer: We do our best to give an accurate estimation of the cost of the service based on the booking form that you fill out. However until we see the vehicle we can’t be 100% accurate with the estimation, sometimes the price goes up and sometimes it goes down, if you are thorough on the booking form it generally is close to or at the price provided upfront. If you will not be present for the detail, we will do a walkthrough and text or call you with the price before we get started to ensure that you still want the requested service.

Question: Do you accommodate special requests or services?

Answer: Yes, just use the questions and special requests boxes on the booking form and we will do our best to provide the service you require.

Question: What if its raining or bad weather the day of my appointment?

Answer: We ask that if you are booking an appointment that you check the weather before hand for that day. In the event of rain or inclement weather like snow or ice we will unfortunately have to reschedule your appointment unless you have a garage or covered area for us to work (unless road conditions are too dangerous for us to drive to you). If it is below freezing we will not be able to provide exterior details because of the risk of water freezing to the paint. We may still provide interior details in below freezing weather depending on other weather factors, this will be communicated to the customer.

Question: What if my vehicle gets damaged during the detailing process?

Answer: We are extremely careful when we are working, we use safe chemicals, pressure washers are used at a safe distance and we don’t use any tools that will scratch your paint or damage your vehicle in any way. If something were to happen we have adequate insurance coverage and it would be handled immediately.

Question: Will you use the before and after pictures of my vehicle for marketing on your website and social media?

Answer: Yes, not all vehicles but quite a bit of them will be used for marketing and to showcase our work. We block out license plates and addresses or any other personal information in the photos. If you would prefer us not to use the images of your vehicle, just let us know and we are happy to accommodate.

Question: Will you leave a mess at my home or place of business after the detail is complete?

Answer: No, we will rinse all remaining soap and dirt on the ground and take any obvious trash that was in the vehicle or that we accumulate ourselves with us. The surface where the vehicle was cleaned will be wet but will dry in a short amount of time.

Question: Will you arrive on time for the appointment?

Answer: We do our best to show up on time but sometimes another detail took longer than expected and we may be running late. Sometimes a detail was complete faster than expected and we can show up earlier as well. All of this will be communicated to the customer and we ask that you please work with us and understand that some factors are out of our control.

Question: Do you offer a discount for multiple vehicles at one location?

Answer: Yes, if you have three or more vehicles that you would like for us to detail we will offer a discounted rate because you are providing us with more business in one location. Even if you don’t personally have multiple vehicles, you can have friends or neighbors all bring their vehicles to one location and share in the discounted price. If you are booking for multiple vehicles please email us and we will send a specific form, you can only book one vehicle per appointment online.
